(étoile bleue) In this article, we provide details on supplies management: what is expected from you as a subcontractor of the association, and what our services include (esp. facilitation training).

This can also be useful in your autonomous activities, to help you build offers (i.e. do they include supplies, etc.) and prepare your services.

🖍️ Subcontracted facilitator: what is expected from me?

You are a facilitator and you are involved as a subcontractor in an opportunity contracted by the association. In this context, you are expected to come with all the supplies needed to host the service on the of the event!

For example, if you are carrying out a workshop for a company, it is excpected from you that you come with decks of cards, paper rolls, markers, slides, etc. Everything needed to host a great session! This also applies to facilitation training, etc.

Of course, it means that you will also leave with your supplies. They were not acquired by the client, so you are not required to leave any supplies to the customer if they ask you for a deck of cards, for example.

This applies to all types of organisations, whether private, public or educational!

🧰 Offers - the French association example

  • Workshop : the association's offer does not include the systematic provision of supplies to the client at the end of the service. It is not excpected that you leave decks of cards or supplies at the end of the service. If the customer wishes to keep supplies in order to display their Fresk, it is up to you to agree or not.

  • Climate Fresk facilitaton training : our training offers systematically include 1 deck of cards per participant (facilitators-to-be), for all types of organisations.

➡️ Logistics-wise:

🏢 🤲 For private organisations and not-for-profits, a code is sent by the association’s relations officers to coordinators, so that they can order the cards on the our online store before the event. The decks of cards can thus be given to newly trained facilitators on the day of the training.

🏛️ 🏫 For public organisations (institutions, town halls, etc.) and education, the code is sent directly to the clients. They directly order the cards before the training and are responsible for making them available to their co-workers or students on the day of the training.

  • Coaching: our coaching offers do not include additional supplies. It is the responsibility of the internal facilitators of the organisation to bring their own equipment on the day of their workshop.

  • Rollouts - Education : the “Rollout” offer aims to make educational institutions autonomous in the facilitation of Climate Fresk. That is why the packaging includes all the supplies necessary for internal facilitators who were newly trained. For 14 facilitators to train, the packaging includes :

    • 1 deck of cards per facilitator

    • 1 roll of paper

    • 1 box of pastels

    • 1 box of writing set

The cards can be sent in the following languages : French, English, Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian and Swedish.
If the request is for a country outside of these zones, the process will be different (see with the relations officer of the association in charge of the opportunity).
