🤝 Contact the prospect
You contact the prospectand you handle the commercial relation (framing of the need, desgin of your offer…)
You suggest the rate of your choice for the desired service (anticipate how you wish to cover the purchase of supplies and transportation costs)
You set your conditions (number of participants per table, number of tables per facilitator, etc.)
We advise you to follow the terms and conditions of the association, which are the most optimal based on feedback.
You create the session on your facilitator space

📋 Opportunity tracking
Once the date has passed, as indicated by theprospect for the service when they reach out to the association, you will receive an email to fill out a tracking form. It is important to complete this form, because it allows us to have better visibility of the opportunities that have taken place in Client introduction.
🪙 Payment of usage fees
Following this selection and the completion of one or more services, whether it is Climate Fresk or another service, you will have to pay back to the association fees of business contribution and usage.
