2. Les mails de confirmation d’inscription
Ils sont envoyés quand un·e participant·es s’inscrit depuis le site web ou quand ielles cliquent sur le partage d’un lien donné par un·e animateur·ice.
Les mails de convocations précisent le titre de l'évènement, la date, l’heure et le lieu (ou le lien de connexion si en ligne).
Ils contiennent aussi le texte écrit dans “message aux participant·es”. Tu peux modifier ce texte en allant dans les paramètres de ta session.

Pour une formation, le bouton redirige vers la création d’un compte participant·e, cela permet aux participant·es d’accéder au MOOC de Formation à l’animation.

3. Les mails de rappels
Les participant·es reçoivent aussi des mails de rappel la veille de l'évènement et à l’heure du début de la formation à l’animation.

Invitation emails
They are sent when you invite a participant to your workshop or training.

2. Registration confirmation emails
They are sent when a participant registers from the website or when they click on a shared link given by a facilitator.
The registration emails specify the event title, the date, the time and the place (or the connection link if online).
They also contain the text written in “message to participants”. You can edit this text by going to your session settings.

For trainings, the button redirects to the creation of a participant account, this allows participants to access the Climate Fresk facilitator training MOOC.
3. Reminder emails
Participants also receive reminder emails the day before the event and at the starting time of the facilitation training.
