Follow the steps step by step:
1/Go to the Registration Confirmation email that you received after you registered and click on Manage My registration.

2/When you arrive on the session page, click on “Manage my registration”

3/Next, click on “Cancel my registration”

4/Click on Yes, cancel

5/After these steps, you will normally receive an email announcing that your unregistration has been taken into account.
