From the green belt on (and not before!), you can evaluate and give your approval to orange and green belts wishing to access the upper belt.

🟢 As a green belt, I observe orange belts (workshop observation)

Definition: When observing the workshop of an orange belt, the objective is to evaluate the facilitation of the candidate.

  • From your opportunities or by creating a workshop, register to co-facilitate and register the session on this document

  • An orange belt will get in touch with you

  • During observation, check that the candidate follows the instructions and advice of the facilitator's cheat sheet

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to Validate or Refuse the candidate

🟢 As a green belt, I evaluate orange belts (assessment interview)

Definition: During the interview, the objective is to maintain a discussion with the candidate in order to estimate their experience. This interview lasts up to 1 hour, and can be done online or in person.

  • Let orange belts know you are available for an interview on this document

  • An orange belt will gets in touch to set up a meeting

  • During the interview, follow this evaluation grid to have some reference points

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to Validate or Refuse the candidate

🔵 As a blue belt, I validate orange belts (first training observation)

Definition: During the observation of the first training, the role of the blue belt is to check that the orange belt is ready to lead facilitation training.

  • From your opportunities or by creating a training, register to co-facilitate and register the session on this document

  • An orange belt will get in touch with you to confirm their participation

  • During observation, follow this evaluation grid to have some reference points

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to validate or refuse the evaluation

🔵 As a blue belt, I supervise a green belt (co-supervision)

Definition: When observing the first training, the role of the blue belt is to check that the green belt is ready to evaluate the facilitation training.

  • Through this channel, let green belts know you are ready to observe a training

  • A green belt contacts you, to set up a training session

  • On the big day, you observe and evaluate the training

  • At the end of the supervision, go to the platform to validate or refuse the evaluation

🔵 As a blue belt, I interview green belts (assessment interview)

Definition: During an assessment interview, the objective is to maintain a discussion with the candidate in order to estimate their experience. This interview can be done online or in person.

  • Through this channel, let green belts know you are ready to do interviews

  • A green belt contacts you, to set up a meeting

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to validate or refuse the evaluation

Only the second interview must be validated or refused on the platform.
