In this article, we detail everything concerning the equipment, whether in terms of what is expected of you as a subcontractor of the association, or what our services include (notably animation training).
🖍️ Subcontractor facilitator: what is expected of me?
You are a facilitator and you are participating in an opportunity contracted by the association as a subcontractor. In this context, you are expected to come with all the equipment necessary to host the service on D-day.
For example, if you are carrying out a workshop within a company, you will need to come with decks of cards, roll of paper, markers, presentation support, etc. Everything you need to host a great workshop! This also applies to animation training.
It means that you will also leave with your equipment. You are not obliged to leave any material with the customer if they ask you for a deck of cards, for example.
This applies to all types of organizations, whether private, public or educational.
🧰 Association offers
Workshop : the association's offer does not include the systematic provision of equipment to the client at the end of the service. Very concretely, you are not asked to leave a deck of cards or equipment at the end of the service. If the customer wishes to keep the cards in order to display their Fresco, it is up to you to accept or not.
Climate Fresk facilitator training : our training offers systematically include 1 deck of cards per trained person, and this for all types of organizations.
At the logistics level:
🏢 🤲 For private organizations and associations, a promo code is sent by the association’s relationship managers to the coordinator facilitator so that he·she can order the card games on the Online Store before the workshop. The card games can thus be distributed to the new facilitators on the day of their training.
🏛️ 🏫 For public organizations (institutions, town halls, etc.) and education, we send this promo code directly to customers. They are the ones who directly order the card games before the workshop and who will be responsible for making them available to their colleagues or trained students on the day of the animation training.
Coaching: our coaching offers do not include additional hardware. It is the responsibility of the internal facilitators of the organizations to bring their own equipment on the day of their animation.
Deployment - Education : our “Deployment” formula aims to make educational establishments autonomous in the animation of the workshop. That is why the packaging includes all the equipment necessary for internal new animators :
1 deck of cards/trained person
1 roll of paper
1 box of pastels
1 box of writing set
The promo code is also sent directly to customers so that they can order the equipment.
