Deployment (Education)
In the world of education, the association has created a format for schools wishing to train internal facilitators in order to raise awareness among their pupils. This offer is called the “Deployment”. This should be seen as a “packaging” of the three services presented previously. The goal is to make autonomous establishments in their awareness and preferential tariff.
The deployment formula for 14 people to be trained in animation includes:
1 workshop Climate Fresco for future animators
1 training to animation for future animators - 3h format
5 coaches present on the day of the deployment of the Fresco

Platform
Deploying the Climate Fresco on a large scale is an ambitious project that requires careful monitoring.
In order to facilitate the advancement of deployments in large organizations, the association can offer to create an environment dedicated to their structure on the platform. This environment makes it possible to obtain isolated and secure data on the deployment, in order to obtain optimal management of their project, and to facilitate the creation of internal sessions (visibility of internal opportunities for participants and facilitators)

📄 Conditions of sale
The association contracts with organizations. THE Terms of Sales define the contractual relationships between us and our clients and the Licence defines the framework for using the game We invite you to read these conditions since in the context of subcontracting, certain passages concern you directly.
For example, a benefit is suspended due to force majeure (unpredictable, insurmountable event beyond our control)
Ex: an unannounced strike occurs at the client's premises, you wake up sick in the morning at 7:30 a.m. for a workshop at 9 a.m....
In this case, we try to limit the effects by postponing the service for a maximum period of 3 months.
If this is not possible, the contract can be terminated and the customer may be billed for the costs already incurred on the day of termination.
We do not accept cancellations only within 14 days after signature. After this period, we can invoice the client and remunerate you, to be discussed with the lead relationship manager.
We accept reports up to 14 days before the scheduled date, the new date must be chosen within 3 months following the initially scheduled date.
In any case, if you incurred costs before this cancellation or postponement, even within the deadlines for the customer, you can provide us with supporting documents so that we can negotiate with the customer the reimbursement of the costs. possible costs.
Sometimes we sign contracts according to the client's conditions. In this case, the cancellation and/or postponement conditions must be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the relationship manager.
It is particularly important to keep in mind that during 12 months following connection, if your commercial relationship continues with the customer, it's necessary go back through the association for the organization of any intervention linked to the Climate Fresco and declare the 10% business contribution if other services are sold directly (Carbon Assessment , etc.).
