🖍️ Subcontracted facilitator: what is expected of me?
You are a facilitator and you are participating in an opportunity contracted by the association as a subcontractor. In this context, you are expected to come with all the supplies needed to host the service on D-day.
For example, if you are carrying out a workshop within a company, you will need to come with decks of cards, rolls of paper, markers, slides, etc. Everything you need to host a great workshop! This also applies to facilitation training.
It means that you will also leave with your supplies. You are not required to leave any supplies with the customer if they ask you for a deck of cards, for example.
This applies to all types of organizations, whether private, public or educational.
🧰 Association offers
Workshop : the association's offer does not include the systematic provision of supplies to the client at the end of the service. You are not asked to leave a deck of cards or supplies at the end of the service. If the customer wishes to keep the cards in order to display their Fresk , it is up to you to accept or not.
Climate Fresk facilitator training : our training offers systematically include 1 deck of cards per trained person for all types of organizations.
At the logistics level:
🏢 🤲 For private organizations and not-for-profit, a promo code is sent by the association’s relations officers to the coordinator so that they can order the cards on the Online Store before the workshop. The card decks can thus be given to the new facilitators on the day of their training.
🏛️ 🏫 For public organizations (institutions, town halls, etc.) and education, we send this promo code directly to clients. They are the ones who directly order the cards before the facilitation training and who will be responsible for making them available to their colleagues or trained students on the day of the training.
The promo code is also sent directly to clients so that they can order the equipment.
