(étoile bleue) In this article, we explain the different emails that are sent to your participants.

1. Invitation emails

They are sent when you invite a participant to your workshop or training.

  • The invitation emails specify the event title, the date, the time And the place (or the connection link if online). The button “register” refers to the ticket to register.

2. Registration confirmation emails

They are sent when a participant registers from the website or when they click on a shared link given by a facilitator.

  • The summons emails specify the event title, the date, the time And the place (Or the connection link if online).

  • They also contain the text written in “message to participants”. You can edit this text by going to your session settings.

a. Case of animation training

For training, the button redirects to the creation of a participant account, this allows participants to access the Climate Fresk facilitator training MOOC.

3. Reminder emails

Participants also receive reminder emails the day before the event and at the start time from training to animation.
