Subcontracting - Coordination : mobilising a team

In this article, we explain how to find facilitators to constitute your team when you have to coordinate an opportunity (workshops, training, mentoring) as a subcontractor for the association.

Although you may not intervene as a subcontractor for the association, these information can be useful for you, as good practice that you can apply to your own opportunities.

To find out how many facilitators you need, check the number of services in the selection email or reach out to the relations officer of the association.

This article on the terms and conditions of the association gives more details on the modalities of our offers.

Recruitment criteria

When you mobilise your team, you are expected to identify facilitators and respect some criteria :

Green belt for

  • All Business/Public Sector/Association services

  • Training in Education

Orange belt for

  • Coordination and mentoring in education

Yellow belt for

  • Workshops in Education

This objective criteria is a way for the association to ensure quality of service towards customers.

You are free to add your own criteria, e.g. location, gender balance…

If you have a hard time finding facilitators that fulfill these requirements, please reach out to the relations officer in charge of the opportunity so they can help you!

Recruitment of facilitators

In order to mobilise additional facilitators, you can:

  1. Check the list of other candidates in the selection email. These facilitators are available, motivated and have reached the minimum belt level required by the association.

  2. You can use your personal network.

  3. You can use Climate Fresk tools (Directory, local Telegram loops, Telegram pro loop): more info here.

Little tips - Reaching out to the facilitators who applied before your own network is a great way :

  • to value the time they took to apply

  • for you to meet new facilitators and expand your network in the community

  • to give a chance to a larger number of people, fairness
