The aim of the course is to facilitate progress of the entire community by proposing essential steps and facilitating the exchange of good practices between facilitators of different levels.
Each belt corresponds to rules to access the upper level and its benefits.
Your progression is automatic up to the orange belt, throughout the workshops and training that you run. Beyond that, you will need higher level belt validations to pass the stage.

⚪ White Belt
Welcome to the journey!
You have just been trained in animation, you are automatically a White Belt.
🟡 Towards the Yellow belt
Once you are trained in animation, you have all the bases to get started. You can co-host Or Lead a workshop, you will automatically become a yellow belt!
Additionally, if you want to feel more comfortable and familiarize yourself with the community, you can follow the tips below.

🟢 Towards the Green Belt
Here, the route gets a little tougher… Normal! By becoming a green belt, you will be able to train new white belts, but also apply for paid leadership opportunities in organizations.
In the following order, you will carry out these 4 missions. If you fail one of the assessments, nothing serious, you can listen to the advice we give you, then try again later with someone else.
At the same time, you can deepen your knowledge by browsing the resources indicated in “Strengthening your climate culture”.
1. Facilitate 15 workshops
Everything is in the title ! This step will be automatically validated as soon as your meter reaches this threshold.
2. Lead a workshop while being observed by a green belt
Identify a green belt available to observe you during a workshop. You can directly ask a belt you know or use the directory or even use this file.
On the big day, you lead the workshop

3. Follow an interview with a green belt
