(étoile bleue) In this article, you will find details on the prerequisites to apply to the opportunities of the association.

The association receives incoming requests from all types of organisations worldwide and needs to ensure a minimum level of quality and compliance.

Here is the article on how to apply and the selection criteria.

✅ Prerequisites for applying to client introduction opportunities

To take part in opportunities received by the association, you must have a minimum belt level :

  • Companies/Associations/Public Sector: green belt

  • Education: orange belt

Technically, it won’t be possible for you to apply to the association’s opportunities if you have not reached the required belt level.

✅ Prerequisites for applying to subcontracting opportunites

To take part in opportunities negociated by the association, you must have a minimum belt level :

  • Companies/Associations/Public Sector: green belt to coordinate, facilitate, train or mentor.

  • Education : orange belt to coordinate and mentor, yellow belt to facilitate and green belt to train.

For Inter-company sessions (organised by the association online or in person with professional participants from various organisations simultaneously): blue belt.

For more information on how to build your team, check this article.

📃 Compliance requirements

To apply to both types of opportunities, you must also meet the following requirements:

  1. Tick the box “I facilitate Climate Fresk services in a commercial context”: you will receive all our information and updates aimed at the Pro community (like the bimonthly newsletter ✨).

  1. Fill in the information about your company in your facilitator profile (see how to do it here).

  1. Edit et publish your resume (NOT MANDATORY FOR INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AS IT CONCERNS SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES) : resumes are sent to clients for them to select the coordinator. Here is a tutorial to help you create yours!

  1. You need to upload all the documents requested on the Provigis platform* on behalf of the association up to date, such as the business contribution contract.

Please note that if you are applying for the first time to a client introduction opportunity, all the information you need to create your Provigis account will be sent to you automatically by email to guide you through the process!

*Details on Provigis

We are currently setting up our supplier’s compliance, a legal agreement was made with Provigis for us to collect your legal documents. Filling your documents on the Provigis platform is free and secure. Note that Provigis is a member of the French Federation of Trusted Third Parties.

The documents required by the association to check compliance are:

  • For everyone : the business contribution contract (a link will be sent to you in due course, so that you can sign it and then upload it to your Provigis account)

  • For pro Freskers who do subcontracting with the association (this is unlikely to affect many of you, since it mainly concerns opportunities based in France):

    • Legal identification certificate

    • National social registration and contribution

    • Foreign workers certificate (document stating compliance of the employment of foreign workers according to your labor laws)

As a reminder, it will be mandatory to sign the contract from November 2024 in order to keep providing business contribution services to the association.

Once your company details on your facilitator space and your Provigis account are up to date, you'll officially be compliant and you’ll be able to continue working on our business contribution services 🥳
