Differences between professional facilitation training and public training

Who is it intended for?

Participants in voluntary training are citizens, aged 16 or over, who wish to train to animate Frescoes in their surroundingse, with their friends or their family. 

There volunteer leadership training may be interesting for teachers as part of workshop facilitation with their students in a non-commercial context.

The participants ofProfessional formation are employees, community agents, elected officials, independents who wish to train to animate Frescoes in a professional setting (paid) with their colleagues, collaborators or clients.

Training content

The training lasts 3 hours of which 45 minutes for a presentation of the association and the project, 75 minutes for a reconstruction of a Fresco in time-lapse and 60 minutes for the presentation of route of the fresco artist.

The training lasts 7 hours. In addition to the parts mentioned in the volunteer training in a more detailed format, the training provides 3 hours to deepen the debrief phase so that each new facilitator can adapt it according to their future client or colleague.

Animation quality

THE animation training general public are led by volunteers of the association and enter into a civic framework. The quality of the animation may therefore vary depending on the experience of the volunteer.

THE professional animation training (inter-company) are provided byinstructors approved by the Fresque du Climat, having the highest level in what is called “the journey of the fresco artist”, and paid for this service.

Deployment perspective

Gain autonomy and flexibility by benefiting from facilitators internally, which allows you to organize workshops whenever you want to accelerate the deployment of La Fresque within your organization. In this context, the user license applies.
