Usage fees when using Climate Fresk within an organization (3€)

When using Climate fresk in the internal sphere of an organization, without the intervention of an external paid facilitator, the organization must pay a fee for using the tool of €3 excluding tax (€3.60 including VAT) per participant. This applies both to workshop facilitation and facilitation training.

These fees do not concern the case where the organization sell facilitation services to its customers or buy services from service providers: in this case it is another type of usage fees which applies.

This concerns cases where facilitators from an organization lead workshops graciously (without billing) with other professionals. In this case, it is a priori up to the organization offering the workshops to pay the fees of €3 excluding tax per person.

This concerns companies, public organizations, associations, unions, NGOs, and any other type of for-profit or non-profit group, for use for their own purposes. staff. The use of Climate Fresk in a primary, secondary or higher education establishment for staff is not covered by this category of use.

Usage fees reporting is required on a quarterly basis.

As a service provider, you may train facilitators in client organizations who will then lead internal workshops independently. It is important that you remind them of these licensing requirements.
