📋 Recruitment criteria

When you build your team, you are expected to respect the following minimum belt levels :

🟢 Green belt For

  • All Business/Public Sector/Association services

  • Training in Education

🟠 Orange belt For

  • Coordination and coaching in Education

🟡 Yellow belt For

  • Workshop activities in Education

👉 This objective criterion allows us to guarantee the quality of the entire service sold to the customer.

Remarque

If you meet difficulties in identifying facilitators corresponding to these belt levels, turn to the person in charge in charge to find solutions together!

You are free to have other criteria on your side, in particular location, parity, etc.

📢 Recruitment of facilitators

In order to mobilize additional facilitators, you can:

  • Look the list of other candidates on the allocation email because they are available and motivated people, who have the right belt level and therefore the CV is visible on the animation space.
