By a licensing contract dated July 10, 2019, the author assigned to The Climate Fresk association the exclusive right to exploit the French brand “ The Climate Fresk ” According to a licence agreement dated 10 July 2019 extended by amendment on 13 November 2023, the Author has granted the association “La Fresque du Climat” the exclusive rights to use the French trademark “La Fresque du Climat” and the game “La fresque Fresque du climat”. Consequently As a result, the association can may define the conditions of use of The Climate Fresk And collect user fees in the case of commercial use or in the internal sphere of an organizationLa Fresque du Climat and collect the royalties for commercial use or use within an organisation. |
The use of the game “The climate fresco” “Climate Fresk” workshop in a professional setting (excluding subcontracting by opportunities subcontracted with the association) can be done in three different ways:
AutonomyAutonomous prospection
Via the association (Business Contributionopporunities dealt as “Business Contribution”)
As an employee trained within your organization organisation (also called an internal facilitator“internal facilitator”)

➡️ Each Fresker is free to explore for its part and to prospect on their own and offer Climate Fresco Fresk workshops independently of the association, by going directly with an organizationto organisations.
➡️ No prerequisites prerequisite is set by the association to intervene (volunteer experience strongly recommended - facilitation of animation training from the green beltfacilitate (we recommend you to have a strong experience as a volunteer facilitator - if you wish to offer trainings, you will have to be a green belt at minimum).

It is not not mandatory to have followed although highly recommended to be trained with the 7-hour professional training to launch yourself into start offering your services in a professional activitycontext. If you only followed the 3-hour training, you can consult check the materials for the 7-hour training in the resources of the pro page. |
➡️ You must fulfill the usage rights of 10% will have to declare the 10% usage fee (excluding tax) on the turnover (excluding tax) generated by using the use of the tool.

➡️ The association receives incoming requests from organizations organisations and awards allocates them to freskers as either as Subcontractors or Business Contributions (to find out more, read This item this article).
➡️ As part of the When opportunities are dealt as Business Contribution, incoming requests from organizations organisations are sent directly to the professional fresqueur fresker community via the facilitator area space (“Pro” “Pros” tab, “Current “Pending Opportunities” section). ➡️ Once trained in animation you have been trained as a facilitator within your organizationorganisation, you are free to lead facilitate workshops for to your colleaguesco-workers (especially in the context of a deploymentif Climate Fresk is rolled-out in your organisation): there are no prerequisites prerequisite (even if we nevertheless strongly recommend training you to facilitate beforehand and/or using a coaching session on your first workshophave a mentor to support you while you facilitate for the first time ) .
➡️ Your organization must pay the user fees for organisation will have to declare usage fees : 3€ excluding tax (€3.60 including tax) or €5 excluding tax (€6 including VAT) per participant.
*excluding educational establishments and general publicexcept if you facilitated within an educational institution or for the general public
