In this article, we explain the licensing framework for commercial services and professional use.
The Climate Fresco tool can be used in a commercial and professional setting.
By a licensing contract dated July 10, 2019, the author assigned to The Climate Fresk association the exclusive right to exploit the French brand “ The Climate Fresk ” and the game “La fresque du climat”. Consequently the association can define the conditions of use of The Climate Fresk And collect user fees in the case of commercial use or in the internal sphere of an organization.
The use of the game “The climate fresco” in a professional setting (excluding subcontracting by the association) can be done in three different ways:
Autonomy
Via the association (Business Contribution)
As an employee trained within your organization (also called an internal facilitator)
It should be noted that the license strictly prohibits the modification of the maps without the agreement of the author.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Independently: I invoiced a service, integrating The Climate Fresk (workshop and/or training)
➡️ Each Fresker is free to explore for its part and to offer Climate Fresco workshops independently of the association, by going directly with an organization.
➡️ No prerequisites is set by the association to intervene (volunteer experience strongly recommended - facilitation of animation training from the green belt).
It is not not mandatory to have followed the 7-hour professional training to launch yourself into a professional activity. If you only followed the 3-hour training, you can consult the materials for the 7-hour training in the resources of the pro page.
➡️ You must fulfill the usage rights of 10% excluding tax on the turnover excluding tax generated by the use of the tool.
This applies both to workshop activities and to animation training and to any other service that is closely linked to the use of the Climate Fresco.
\uD83D\uDCD8 In Business Contribution via the association: I invoiced a service, integrating The Climate Fresk (workshop and/or training)
➡️ The association receives requests from organizations and awards them either as Subcontractors or Business Contributions (to find out more, read This item).
➡️ As part of the Business Contribution, incoming requests from organizations are sent directly to the professional fresqueur community via the facilitator area (“Pro” tab, “Current Opportunities” section). The association did not have prior contact with the prospect; it goes to the person who gets the lead from manage the commercial relationship and enter into contracts directly with the customer.
➡️ You must fulfill the usage rights of 10% excluding tax on the turnover excluding tax generated by the use of the tool. To this are added the rights ofbusiness contribution, because the lead was obtained following the allocation of an incoming request by the association (also 10% excluding tax on turnover excluding tax).
This applies both to workshop activities and to animation training and to any other service that is closely linked to the use of the Climate Fresco.
Little Tips 
: Whether independently or through Business Contribution via the association, it is necessary to have a legal status allowing you to invoice in your country.
\uD83D\uDCD8 As an employee of an organization*: I have led and/or trained during my working time (internally or externally)
➡️ Once trained in animation within your organization, you are free to lead workshops for your colleagues (especially in the context of a deployment): there are no prerequisites (even if we strongly recommend training beforehand and/or using a coaching session on your first workshop) .
➡️ Your organization must pay the user fees for 3€ excluding tax (€3.60 including tax) per participant.
