From the green belt (and not before!), you can evaluate and give your approval to orange and green belts wishing to access the upper belt.

🟢 As a green belt, I evaluate orange belts (workshop observation)

When observing the workshop of an orange belt, the objective is to evaluate the facilitation of the candidate.

  • From your opportunities or by creating a workshop, register to co-facilitate

  • During observation, check that the candidate follows the instructions and advice of the facilitator's cheat sheet

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to Validate or Refuse the candidate

🟢 As a green belt, I evaluate orange belts (assessment interview)

During an interview, the objective is to maintain a discussion with the candidate in order to estimate his experience. This interview lasts as long as possible 1 hour, and can be done online or in person.

🔵 As a blue belt, I evaluate orange belts (first training observation)

During the observation of the first training, the role of the blue belt is to check that the orange belt is ready to lead facilitation training.

🔵 As a blue belt, I supervise a green belt (co-supervision)

When observing the first training, the role of the blue belt is to check that the green belt is ready to evaluate the facilitation training.

  • A green belt contacts you, to confirm that she will be present

  • On the big day, you observe and evaluate the training.

  • At the end of the supervision, go to the platform to validate or refuse the evaluation

During a review interview, the objective is to maintain a discussion with the candidate in order to estimate your experience. This interview can be done online or in person.
