Declare your licence fees (€3 excluding tax/participant)

What is the Licence Fee?

To use Climate Fresk commercially, or for internal or external use within a business or organisation, certain licence fees apply. These fees help to finance the activities and projets that the association undertakes.

In the case of internal use within an organisation, without the intervention of a paid external facilitator, the licence fee is fixed at €3 excluding VAT (€3.60 including VAT) per participant. This applies to Climate Fresk workshops, as well as training sessions.

From January 1st 2025, the licence fee will be 5€ excludiing VAT per participant for companies and trade associations.

No evolution is planned for public sector and non profit organisations.

In Switzerland, the licence fee will be 10 CHF from January 1st 2025.

This framework includes companies, public organisations, associations, trade unions, NGOs, and any other type of grouping, whether profit-making or not, for use by their staff.

The use of Climate Fresk in a primary, secondary, or higher education institution for staff is not included in this context.

For any further information about the payment of licence fees in a commercial context, see this page.
