Applying to the association's opportunities
In this article, we tell you how to apply to the association's opportunities, whether they are managed through client introduction or subcontracting.
Incoming requests that the association receives are posted for applications on the “Pro tab” of your facilitator space.
Applying to “Client introduction” opportunities
If you meet the prerequisites detailed in this article, you can apply to those opportunities by clicking on the link “Link to apply” and write your motivation text.
Little Tips : This motivation text of 500 characters maximum is intended for the permanent team in this context! Don’t hesitate to highlight your experience, your location and the relevance of your profile.
We leave opportunities open for 48h minimum. This duration may be extended, depending on the workload of the permanent team, as well as the quantity and relevance of applications.
Each week, we post reminders of pending opportunities on the Telegram loop “The OF team informs you” for facilitators to check them out.
Location : candidates from the country/region of application are preferred
Expertise/Experience : reflected in the motivation text
Fairness: with regard to the allocation of previous opportunities
Once the selection is made by the pro community mobilisation team, you will receive:
A general email to inform you of the name of the selected facilitator with the content of their motivation - this also allows you to contact them in the event of multiple workshops to run.
If you are selected, you will be introduced to the prospect to go further and start discussions.
Applying to “Subcontracting” opportunities
If you meet the required prerequisites, you can apply for opportunities with the association as a subcontractor.
Once the applications are received, the team sends 2 to 4 anonymized profiles to clients. They can then select the coordinator themselves.
To apply :
The first step is to fill up and publish your resume on your profile → you will find in this article a tutorial on how to fill up your resume.
You can then write your motivation text (max. 500 characters).
Little Tips: in the pending opportunities of your facilitator space, remember to read the “Additional information” column carefully. The relations officer of the association fill it with useful information on the services (time, context, participant profiles, specific requirements, etc.).
If your profile is preselected, your motivation text will be read by the client. Don’t hesitate to cusotmise it accordingly and remember that it has to remain anonymous!
After a minimum of 48 h, the Operations coordinator in charge of the opportunity selects 2 to 4 anonymous profiles that are sent to the client. You will receive an email with the names of the people whose profiles have been pre-selected.
Remember to block the date in your calendar if you are pre-selected!
Once sent, opportunities awaiting client return appear below the list of opportunities. The customer return time is generally within a week - but sometimes more important.
The client chooses the coordinator over these profiles. You will then be informed by email whether you are selected or not. If you are selected, you are introduced to the client and you can then begin preparing the service with them.
