Subcontracting - Terms & offers of the association

When an opportunity is handled by the association, the contract agreement is made directly between the organisation and the association (“subcontracting”). Several offers were built by the association in order to answer the needs of organisations.

Offers

The services offered by the association are mainly running Climate Fresk workshops, facilitation training and mentoring sessions.

Below are the terms for these services :

Rollouts (Education)

In education, the association has created a format for schools wishing to train facilitators internally, in order to raise awareness among their pupils. This offer is called the “Rollout”. It is a sort of “packaging” of the three services introduced previously. The goal is to encourage institutions to become autonomous and involved in the process at a preferential price range.

The rollout “packaging” for 14 people to be trained in animation includes:

  • 1 Climate Fresk workshop for future facilitators

  • 1 training for future facilitators - 3h format

  • 5 mentoring there on the day of the rollout

You will find in this article the prerequisites in order to apply for the various opportunities managed by the association.

Occasionally or within organisations that deploy the workshop the most, we can offer additional services:

Platform

Rolling out Climate Fresk on a large scale is an ambitious project. It requires careful monitoring.

In order make it easier for organisations, the association can offer to create dedicated environments on the platform, designed especially for their structures. This specific environment makes it possible to obtain isolated and secure data on their rollout, allowing them to get optimal monitoring of their project and to ease the creation of internal sessions (visibility of internal opportunities for participants and facilitators).

If you have customers interested in this tool, you can refer them to a relationship manager.

Pricing & remuneration

If you want to know the prices of our offers and retribution associated, we invite you to consult the dedicated pages here And there.

This grid was built specifically for the French market. it means that the amounts introduced might not be coherent everywhere!

In some countries, the price list introduced here would be piddling, whereas in others these prices would be perceived as unaffordable.

They are introduced for information only, showing what the offers of the association include and do not include, the packagings created, their content, etc, might be useful to help you build your own offers.

Terms & conditions of sale

The association deals with business opportunities with organisations. The terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationships between the clients and the association.

The User licence defines the framework for using Climate Fresk. We warmly recommend you to read these conditions since in the context of subcontracting, some paragraphs concern you directly.

For example, a service may be suspended due to force majeure (unpredictable, insurmountable event beyond our control)

Ex: an unannounced strike occurs at the client's premises, you wake up sick in the morning at 7:30 a.m. for a workshop at 9 a.m....

In this case, we try to limit the negative impacts by postponing the service for a maximum period of 3 months.

If not possible, the contract can be over and the customer may be billed for the costs already incurred on the day of termination.

It is possible for the clients to cancel a service within 14 days after signature. After this period, the client should be invoiced and you should be compensated - the relation officer in charge of the opportunity will deal with the client about the conditions.

Deferments can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled date. The new date must be chosen within 3 months following the initially scheduled date.

It is particularly important to keep in mind that during 12 months following the intital introduction, if your business relationship goes on with the customer, it's necessary to inform the association for any service linked to Climate Fresk (workshops, tainings, etc.). You will also have to declare the 10% business contribution (aka introductory fee) if other services are sold to the customer (e.g. Carbon Assessment , etc.).
