Cancel my tickets and get a refund

In this article, you will find out how to cancel your registration and receive a refund.

General public: Reimbursement is possible up to 24h before the event (cancellation is possible at any time before the session)

In-house (company) workshops: Reimbursement is possible up to 5 days before the event (cancellation remains possible at any time before the session)

 Process to cancel my participation

1/ Go to the Registration Confirmation email that you received after you registered and click on Manage my registration.

2/ When you arrive on the session page, click on “Manage my registration”

3/ Next, click on “Cancel my registration

 

 

4/ Click on Yes, cancel

 

5/ After these steps, you will normally receive an email confirming the cancellation of your participation in the workshop.
