Cancel and delete a session

In this article, we explain how to cancel and delete a scheduled session.

When the organiser cancels the registration of a participant, he or she is automatically refunded And notified by email.

There is no no refund if the cancellation is made by the participant less than 24 hours before the session (general public) or less than 5 days before (Inter-company) (more details on refunds)

Delete registrations

Unregister participants

  1. Go to your session and go to the participants tab and cancel the registration of each participants.

Confirmation of the cancellation

Unregister facilitators

Go to the session facilitators tab and cancel each facilitator's participation

🗑️Delete a session

 

1/ To delete the session, click the button edit session, then navigate to the bottom of the session edit page and click the 'delete session' button
