Where are the inter-company workshops held?

Online

Inter-company workshops are exempt online in the following languages: French, English, and German.

We mainly work with the Zoom tool for the meeting process. At the same time, the facilitator will use the Mural tool to manipulate the cards. A tutorial is sent to you to practice before the workshop.

Face-to-face

The workshops are also provided face-to-face in the major metropolitan areas of France. For the moment, there are no scheduled face-to-face inter-company workshops in English, only facilitation training courses (London, Switzerland).

The modalities (online or face-to-face) and the location are specified for each session on the schedule.

What are the workshop hours?

Inter-company workshops generally start at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5:30 p.m.

The language (French, English, German or Italian) and the place (online or in person) are mentioned for each session.

For online sessions, we recommend to connect 10 minutes before the beginning of the session so that the training starts on time. We would recommend that you are in a quiet environment, with a computer, mouse if possible, working microphone and camera and a stable internet connection. Phones and tablets are not recommended for this training.

What should you prepare before the workshop?

We invite you to read the detailed program of the workshop as well as the learning objectives via the link provided in the registration confirmation email.

To prepare the debate during the second part of the workshop, here are some questions that you can prepare individually:

• Do you know of any actions implemented within your structure to reduce its carbon footprint?

• What is the influence of your structure within its ecosystem on the subject of transition?

Under what conditions can an inter-company workshop be canceled?

Climate Fresk reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop session without compensation in the event if there’s an insufficient number of participants. In this case, written information is sent to the client at least 5 working days before the starting date of the session. In addition, we will contact the participant to propose an alternative solution: new training dates or venue, other workshop courses with a similar learning objective or other teaching methods.
