I am a Country Coordinator and I have organised an online session but the video link does not appear in the reminder email

If the session is created by a country coordinator, the Zoom link should be indicated by the coordinator in the workshop description and in the pre-workshop/training emails. The link is then automatically sent to participants before the session.

If the country coordinator forgets to fill in the link, participants will receive an email like this:
