How to translate the [BETA-TEST] resources?

1. Be aware that the [BETA-TEST] resources content will evolved
The 2nd generation resources are currently in a beta-test phase. You can translate them so that you can try out the new workshop and send feedback to the Innovation Team. But, be aware that you might need to update the translation once the final version of the resources is published around June 2025.

2. Ask for editing rights on Google Slides
You can look for the [BETA-TEST] resources in your facilitator’s space. You can use the language filter to find the resource in your language. If you do not find it, you can ask for it through this form.
If you find it, you can click on “Go to resource” and ask for editing rights in the Google interface.
3. Ask for Google Slides duplication throught the Translation Help Center form
If you do not find the [BETA-TEST] ressource in your language directly in the facilitator space, you can use this form to ask for it. Our team will add it and give you editing rights. Please note it can take a few days.
4. Start translating
Once you have access to the Google Slides in edition mode, you can directly edit the file. Once you are done translating, we recommend that you ask another fresker to review the translation.
Once the translation is done, you can notify us through the form.
Please do not duplicate the file on your computer or elsewhere in google drive. We recommend you directly edit inside the google slides, as the document is already a replication in your language, and indeed the document of reference.
Sharing to other translators
Once you have editing access to the file, you can as well give access to other translators.

Add the email of the translator
Choose the role you want to assign to the translator
