Client introduction opportunities - Process

 

In this article, we tell you more about the process once you have been selected and introduced to a prospect for a “Client introduction” opportunity.

Contact the prospect

  • You contact the prospect and handle the business relation (framing of the need, design your offer…)

  • You suggest the rate of your choice for the desired service (anticipate how you wish to cover the purchase of supplies and transportation costs!)

  • You set your conditions (number of participants per table, number of tables per facilitator, etc.)

    → We advise you to follow the terms and conditions of the association, which are the most optimal based on feedbacks.

  • You create the session on your facilitator space

Little Tips: If the prospect requests a shorter format than Climate Fresk, you are free to suggest another service which better meets their need! However, you cannot shorten the workshop this much.

Opportunity tracking

After the date originally indicated by the client when they filled up their request to the association, you will receive yourself an email for us to know if the opportunity turned out well and with a tracking form that you will have to fill up.

It is important to fill up this form for it allows us to have a better understanding of how the opportunities dealt as “Client instroduction” end up.

Payment of usage fees

If you where selected as coordinator for such opportunity and if you ended up offering a service to the prospect, whether it be Climate Fresk or another service, you will have to declare and pay back to the association fees of business contribution and usage.

When filling up the “Licence fees declaration” form, you can indicate the opportunity numbers related. This will allow us to ensure that you have declared and paid your usage fees for the opportunity in question.
