Modality of inter-company facilitation training
Where are inter-company facilitation training provided?
Online
Inter-company facilitation training is provided online in the following languages: French, English, Spanish, German and Italian (different time zones offered).
We mainly work with the Zoom tool for the meeting process. At the same time, the instructor will use the Mural tool to manipulate the cards. A tutorial is sent to you to practice before the workshop.
In person
Training is also provided face-to-face in the following cities: Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lyon, Strasbourg, Marseille, Rennes, Toulouse and Lille, Nice, London, Geneva, Zurich and Lausanne.
The modalities (online or in person) and the location are specified for each session on the schedule.
We schedule training based on demand. Do not hesitate to contact the inter-company team if you are interested in opening a training.
What are the training times?
Inter-company training generally begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. (Paris time).
Online, please make sure to connect 10 minutes before the beginning of the session so that the training starts on time. We would recommend that you are in a quiet environment, with a computer, working microphone (plus camera if possible) and a stable internet connection. Phones and tablets are not recommended for this training.
We offer facilitation training across different time zones. Depending on the training location, times may vary.
Consult the schedule of the sessions concerned for more information.
What should you prepare before the training?
It is mandatory to take part in a Climate Fresk workshop before the training.
We invite you to read the detailed course program as well as the learning objectives via the link provided in the registration confirmation email.
We strongly recommend viewing the 2-hour training MOOC.
MOOCs are available on a course platform called Moodle.
To have access to Moodle, a link to connect to the participant area will be provided upon confirmation of registration.
The participant space is different from the facilitator area
The participant space is accessible Before training in animation and allows access to the MOOC.
The facilitator space is accessible After training in animation when your trainer has recorded your presence.
What should you bring?
In terms of equipment, you will simply need all your energy and availability, as well as possibly something to take some notes if you want to.
Facilitation material
A deck of cards is distributed to each participant at the end of the face-to-face training. If you participate in the online training, a code will be sent to you to allow you to order a free card game via our Online Store.
Under what conditions can facilitation training be cancelled?
Climate Fresk reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training session without compensation in the event of an insufficient number of participants. In this case, written information is sent to the client at least 5 working days before the starting date of the session. In addition, a Climate Fresk employee will contact the client’s designated training manager to propose an alternative solution: new training dates or venue, other training courses with a similar educational objective or other teaching methods.
