In this article, we explain how to fill your counter (and that of the association!).

This page concerns sessions that have already taken place, if you would like to create a session for a future event, you can consult this page.

Field

Description

Climate Fresk / Climate Fresk facilitator training

Climate Fresk Workshop: participants participate in a Climate Fresk workshop

Climate Fresk facilitator training : the participants become facilitators of the Climate Fresk workshop

Audience

Choose the audience (= the public) of your session:

  • Relatives, networks (family, friends, etc.)

  • General public: people you don't know directly

  • Organisations:

    • Education: middle schools, high schools, higher education establishments as part of a Climate Education Kick-Off…

    • Public authorities: local elected officials, administration, etc.

    • Company

    • Not-for-profit organisation

Date

Indicate the date of the session:
If the session is recurring, you will be able to add other dates after creating the session

In-person / Online

Choose the session format:

  • in person, indicate the city and country where the session took place

  • online, indicate the host country

Language

indicate the language in which the session took place

My role:

  • I hosted alone

  • I co-facilitated

  • I mentored

Indicate your role during the session:

  • Animate alone: ​​I animated my table(s) independently. Participants only increment my counter

  • Co-facilitate: I shared the facilitation with another person. Our 2 counters are linked and increase in the same way. More details here

  • Mentor: I help another facilitator

Participants

  • Indicate the number of persons who participated in the session. For emails, we explain how to do it here

Enter the participant emails

You can enter participant's emails directly in the form.

Little tips: The fields to enter are added as you fill them out.

Emails for workshops

For workshops, emails are optional. These emails from participants can, for example, be used to send one-off information campaigns.

Emails for facilitation training

Case of co-facilitation

It is only possible to cofacilitate in pairs. If you are more than two co-facilitators, you can:

  • Either fill the participants separately, and the third facilitator uses the Fill my counter function.

  • Either you divide the participants between you (CF organise a session)

  • You can enter your co-facilitator email directly in the form if you co-facilitated your workshop or training.

    • This means a single person must complete the form

Modify your session information

You can modify most of the information in your declaration by going to your session page and clicking on the Edit button.
