Peer validation (co-opting, evaluating, supervising)

From the green belt on (and not before!), you can evaluate and give your approval to orange and green belts wishing to advance on their journey.

As a green belt, I observe orange belts (workshop observation)

 

Definition: When observing the workshop of an orange belt, the objective is to evaluate the facilitation of the candidate.

  • From your opportunities or by creating a workshop, register to co-facilitate and register the session on this document

  • An orange belt will get in touch with you

  • During observation, check that the candidate follows the instructions and advice of the facilitator's cheat sheet

  • At the end of the interview, go to the platform to validate or refuse the candidate

As a green belt, I evaluate orange belts (assessment interview)

 

Definition: During the interview, the objective is to maintain a discussion with the candidate in order to estimate their experience. This interview lasts up to 1 hour, and can be done online or in person.
