Look for opportunities

Facilitation opportunities are displayed in the home page.

The filtrer tool

You can filter the opportunities. In the tab ‘Opportunities’, click on ‘filter’.

The search criteria are as follows:

• Language

• Distance from a city or search by country

• The modality of organisation: On-site or online

• Categories: Workshop or Training

• The roles still available: Observer / Facilitator / Co-Facilitator/ Mentor

• The date

Register to a session

Find a session that fits your criteria

Click on the button Register

And indicate your role

Choose your role

After your registration

• The session will appear in the ‘My sessions’ tab.

• You receive a confirmation email from which you can add the event to your personal calendar (valid for Google Calendar, Office 365 and Apple Calendar)

Modify your registration

If you want to change your role in a session, Click on the session, then “My registration”, Choose your new role, then “save”

Cancel your registration

Click on the session, then “My registration”

Then click on the button Unsubscribe

Co-facilitation

The day of the session, you can indicate the person with whom you are co-facilitating. In the attendance record tab, click on the “Co-Facilitate” button.
